It’s quick and easy to list your business on GoodLook. Just click on Join Now link and select the membership level on the Join Page. Once you register and complete your profile, your business will be immediately listed and displayed online. Remember to add other content such as photos, videos, articles, coupons etc to make your business engaging.
First search and find your business. If it's on GoodLook, view the profile. Click the Claim Button which should be visible on the page. You will be taken to the Join page, where you will create an account and follow the steps.

To add or edit content on your listing, login and update your listing in your Account Dashboard section on the left-hand side after you login to your account. If your business is already on GoodLook but you haven’t claimed it yet, click “Claim A Listing tab” in the left-hand corner of your account.
Since most businesses are brick and mortar stores, you have a limited geographical area to service. If you wish your business to display in searches beyond your local neighbourhood, select a higher membership level. You can upgrade your membership level at any time you wish. Professionals such as Nutritionist, Fitness Trainers etc who travel, should also consider upgrading their membership.
We will not permit any business or professional that has derogatory content. In brief, the GoodLook Team will determine who can and cannot join our site, post photos, articles etc. Please read our Terms and Conditions. If we cancel your membership we will do so with an explanation but are not obligated in any way or form to justify ourselves or refund any unused portion of a paid membership.

Businesses have always relied on this kind of word-of-mouth to get new customers; the only difference today is that it happens online.Ratings and reviews allow consumers to give businesses feedback, letting them know if they like what they’re doing and giving businesses a chance to respond with a comment.
Yes. If you have a business already listed on GoodLook, you will receive email alerts whenever a new review about your business is published. If your business isn’t listed on GoodLook, list your business for free. Only certain paid membership levels can decline a poor review. Reviews are posted immediately, with an email notification sent to the business being reviewed and team at GoodLook.
Yes, we moderate every review. Altough every review is immediately posted, we will delete ones that are inappropriate.
It’s impossible to keep all customers happy all the time, so here are some tips for dealing with negative reviews: If you want to respond to the reviewer, add a comment under their review explaining your side of the story. Encourage other clients to review your business – lots of good reviews will quickly outweigh a poor review. If you’re a paying advertiser you can delete negative reviews or select your favorite review to appear at the top of your reviews and on the search results page. Your most recent reviews appear first, so any older reviews will be pushed towards the bottom of the page.

If you are already managing the business listing, log in to your Account Dashboard and click 'Remove Listing'.
Whether you are taking over a business, or selling your business listed on GoodLook, get in touch with us, contact us at the “Contact Us Page” and we’ll help make the changes. If you are taking over a business, it’s a good idea to add a line to the description to indicate the business is under new management, and you might want to address any reviews with comments too, is appropriate.

Flag any duplicate listings with our contact form and we’ll remove them as soon as possible.
Signing up to GoodLook only takes a minute and allows you to add your business profile and write reviews about any business you’ve used. Sign up now or simply log in. If you want to add your business to GoodLook, list your business for free.
You can write a review on any business you’ve used on GoodLook. To write a review about a business you have previously interacted with, click on that business profile and write a review by clicking the “Write a Review Tab” on the business profile. Read more about writing a review.
Don’t worry; it happens to the best of us. You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link on the login screen.
All these details can be changed once you login Account Dashboard. Just click “Edit profile” from the options visible when you hover on your username.
Any visitor to GoodLook can read your reviews; view your profile and your profile picture. Your contact information you supplied, will be displayed to anyone publicly.
